On Tuesday, June 9, 2026, KSP Post 9 was contacted regarding two missing juveniles in Pike County. The initial investigation indicates that Jackie Elkins, 16, and Taylor Elkins, 15, both of Sidney, Kentucky, were last seen on Monday, June 8, 2026, at approximately 8:00 p.m. on Elkins Fork in the Sidney community of Pike County. Jackie Elkins is described as a white male, 6 feet 0 inches tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Taylor Elkins is described as a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
